Every week, for an entire semester, you work directly with a founder. You run the research, build the models, and present the work to someone who's actually depending on it.
Committees
Analyst
You get paired with a founder and a small team. You do the market research, build the financial models, and present the work directly to the person who's building the company.
Marketing
You run the Altus brand. Website, social media, outreach materials — if it's public-facing, it's yours.
Internal
You keep things running. Event planning, GBMs, making sure every other committee has what they need.
Client Outreach
You find the founders we work with. Cold outreach, conversations, getting them to say yes. Good for anyone who wants to get better at selling.
What it's actually like
We work with startups from all industries.
Consumer, B2B, fintech, healthcare — every semester is different. You'll build real skills that transfer anywhere.
You'll have something to show for it.
By the end of the semester you'll have financial models, research reports, or campaign results that you actually built for a real company.
Project leads have done this before.
They've worked in VC, startups, or both. They'll push you when your work isn't good enough and back you up when it is.
People here actually know each other.
Coffee chats, socials, late nights in Huntsman. It's a small org on purpose.
Beyond the work

Coffee roulette — we pair people up every two weeks so you actually get to know the org.

Project presentations and GBMs — where analysts show what they've built.
Applications open every semester. Drop your info and we'll reach out when the next cycle starts.
