Our Committees

Click on each committee to learn more about what they do

Our client-facing committee. Work under a project leader and startup founder. Get hands-on experience in startup culture while being mentored by a trained and experienced PL.

Help maintain the integrity and aesthetic of Altus, and spread our message to a greater audience! You'll help maintain the website, our brand image, and bring in more founders and students.

Help with internal event planning, running GBMs, and making sure all the other committees are good to go and supporting them when necessary.

Reach out to founders and potential speakers to convince them to join Altus. Great for people wanting to get better at cold outreach and sales.

Why Altus?

Entrepreneurial Experience

Work on actual startups with seasoned founders and learn what it's like to validate, develop GTM strategy, and take a business and get it off the ground.

Small Teams

All of our committees and teams are small, with the intention of allowing every voice to be heard and every opinion to be considered.

Professional Development

Hear from YC founders, venture capitalists, and other business professionals to sharpen your mind and develop useful business acumen applicable to any adjacent industry.

Community

Birds of a feather flock together, and that's no less true in an organization. Expect socials and ample opportunities to meet everyone in Altus!

What Our Analysts Say

"The learning experience of being a part of a startup was very different from what I expected, but it taught me a lot about adaptability as well as basic consulting skills. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience, and I think StackedHR has been a great project thus far."

"I got to practice making professional looking slides and presenting directly to the founder. I also got to learn a bunch about the HR tech industry and emerging players."

"My biggest positive takeaway from being on the CultivatED project was seeing the behind-the-scenes of what an EdTech startup needs to continue scaling and growing within the local Philadelphia area."
